What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be received before April 25, 2012 to receive a refund, less an administration charge equal to 20% of the registration fee paid. Thereafter, refunds are not available.

If multiple people from my company register, can we receive a discount?

Group Discounts of 25% off are available for 3 or more representatives from the same organization who register at the same time (offer not to be combined with early birds or other promotional discounts).
